Baxter Springs Senior Living
Baxter Springs, Kansas
Baxter Springs Senior Living was created to offer affordable housing for local seniors. When the school district closed the building, Prairie Fire bought it, saving the district major demolition costs. The property was restored to its original beauty and added to the National Historic Register.
